Adjusting SPAN on Model 615

1.      With the scale empty and zeroed out, press the hidden programming key for 5 seconds until "615" is displayed.

 

 Some Model 615's may have NET/GROSS buttons that replace the hidden arrow keys.


2.      Press SETUP repeatedly until "SPAN" is displayed.
3.      Press PRINT/SELECT.  The scale should show 0.
4.      Place a known weight on the scale.  A heavier known weight will result in a more accurate calibration.
5.      Use the UP ARROW and the LEFT ARROW to increase or decrease the displayed value to match the known weight on the scale.
6.      Once the correct weight is displayed, press PRINT/SELECT followed by ZERO to return to gross weigh mode.
