Bluetooth Connection Troubleshooting
Ensure that the POINT app is downloaded
- The Point app is necessary to connect to POINT
- Users will occasionally download the Scale-Tec Scale app by mistake
- Available in the Google Play Store
Turn on Bluetooth
- Go to settings and turn on Bluetooth
Turn on Location Services
- Go to settings, then Biometrics and Security, scroll down to privacy and turn on Location services
Close the POINT app and reopen
- Press the recents button and then swipe the app to close
Restart the device
- Hold the lock button until power options appear, then choose restart
Delete the POINT app and reinstall
- Touch and hold the POINT app until options appear, then choose uninstall
- Go to the Google Play Store and search Scale Tec POINT
- Install the POINT app and login to your account
