Questions to be asked to identify the correct scale variation....

1. There is only one variation of the BRENT 770 and there is no questions to ask to identify the appropriate scale kit, other than the model of the grain cart.


The Brent 770 Grain Cart is a completely bolt on type scale installation. There is no welding required.   

Typical installation time is 6 hours or more.   

If the grain cart has metric/large floater tires, it can affect accuracy of the scale system, due to the change in bending point on the spindles.  It is not recommended to utilize this scale system on Brent 770 grain carts with oversize floater tires.

Identify prior to purchasing and installing this scale system...


- This kit provides load cell spindles of 4.5" diameter. 

Ensure your current spindle size is 4.5" Diameter.

- Verify your hitch style looks similar to the picture below with a shaft inserted into a sleeve and bolted on the rear to swivel.




It is important to note, after installation of the scale system your hitch receiver will no longer swivel.
