Deleting and Reinstalling The REAP App
To delete the previous version of the app, press and hold on the app until all the icons begin to shake.
An X should appear in the top left corner of each app icon
Tap the X on the REAP app and then press "Delete" on the pop-up message
Open the App Store
Search for "Scale-tec REAP 2.0"
Once you find REAP 2.0, install the app
Click "Allow" when the app asks for permissions
Login to the app using the same credentials that you used in the previous version.
