Problem & Symptoms

The 6” connection from the 7601110 weigh bar can periodically make/lose connection. This causes intermittent weights, usually drifting only a couple hundred pounds. However, we have seen the weight jump up into the thousands on rare occasions.

Solution

Cut out the inline connection 6 inches from the weigh bar and solder the wires back together swapping the white and green wires all other wires will be color for color. Tape each solder joint individually and put heat shrink over the splice.
