Questions to be asked to identify the correct scale variation....
1. What does the hitch area look like?...
-Is it welded directly to the "A-Frame" of the hitch area? If yes, use variation 1 below.
or
-Does it have a sleeve welded directly into the "A-Frame and swivel?" If yes, use variation 1 below.
or
-Does it have an end cap secured with six bolts which provides a "bolt on sleeve" for a swivel hitch?
2. Does the grain cart have large "metric" floater tires (if it has single axles)?
3. What year is the Grain Cart?
-If you can not determine what year your grain cart is, refer to the pictures of the hitch below, which will provide an indicator of age.
4. Does the Grain Cart have four sleeves welded to the underside of the axle with inside diameter of 2.88"?
-See Variation 4 and 5 for an illustration of the sleeves.
-According to the illustration on variation 4 and 5, you will need to measure the hole spacing in the sleeve.
5. Does the Grain Cart have "Rice Axles?"
-It is very important to know the year of manufacture for the RICE axle.
