The REAP Load History can be accessed directly from the mobile app. The intent of viewing the load history is to provide the ability to immediately correct a mistake on a load record, or to view load history.
The load history screen is not intended to be a point of "adding" tickets into the load history. In order to add a load ticket this must be accomplished from the web portal.
Load History Screen Overview
The following image explains the features of the load history screen.
To access the load history screen, select the "load History" button at the bottom of the screen.
Load Ticket List
The load ticket list is displayed along the left side of the load history screen. This load ticket history list provides the ability to view the last 150 records taken within your REAP account, and generally lists the load tickets in the order they are received into the system. This section provides an explanation of what is displayed within the load ticket list and the status provided within the list.
Wet weight of Ticket: This is the raw wet weight value collected from the indicator load, when the ticket was brought into the system. This is the value that was represented on your scale indicator.
FIELD / TRUCK / DESTINATION of Ticket: This provides you a quick reference of the chain of custody of your load history.
Ticket Transaction Number: Each load within REAP is assigned a transaction number that is unique to your account in the entire database of REAP. Think of it as a credit card transaction. It is a transaction that is only view able to you and any other entity that you have provided access to your account. We use this transaction number to reference load history.
If the ticket transaction number shows "NEW" this means that the ticket has been transmitted and saved to the cloud. REAP is designed to work without internet or data connectivity, however it is best to periodically allow REAP to transmit load tickets to the cloud for reliability and backup of data. Once it is in the cloud it is safe.
Load Ticket Data
The load ticket data is collected at the time of the load, and is in its truest form raw data from the scale system.
Wet Weight: This weight represents the harvested wet weight collected from the scale indicator. This weight can be manually edited by clicking within the box and changing the value with the keyboard.
Test Weight: This test weight represents the default test weight identified for the field being harvested. Changing the test weight, provides a new calculation of bushels according to the test weight.
It is allowed to change the value of the test weight, however it is not advised to change the test weight.
Harvested Moisture: This moisture represents the harvested moisture at the time the grain was taken from the field. This moisture can be edited by clicking within the box and changing the value with the keyboard.
Dry Weight: This weight represents the weight of grain harvested after the computed grain shink has been applied as defaulted with the field grain shrink settings. This number is not editable, and is computed.
Bushels Wet and Dry: This bushel representation provides the computed wet bushels and dry bushels as computed by grain shrink settings for the field associated with the load ticket.
