Load Ticket Recovery

The load ticket recovery function can be helpful if you believe your POINT indicator recorded loads but those loads are not appearing in the REAP app.  Load ticket recovery searches POINT's memory for any loads that are not present in the REAP app's load history.

Once loads are recovered, they will be added to the load history and marked "In Review".  Some information such as Cart may need to be filled in manually for these loads before they can be synced.

Load Ticket Recovery


My operation at bottom of screen

- Select carts

- Choose cart that loads are missing from

- Let everything load

- Scroll to bottom and press load ticket recovery

- Recover load tickets now 

Reap will search for loads not in history



- The number of loads will be displayed

- Loads will be in Review

- Fill in Missing Details such as:

- Grower

- Farm

- Field

- Cart

- Truck

- Destination


  • Save



You will need to do this for every cart that has missing loads.


You will need to go to a computer to edit tickets and add tickets.


All tickets in review are missing something

  • Truck, Field, Destination, etc.
