Questions to be asked to identify the correct scale variation....
1. Is the grain cart single axle, walking tandem, or tracked?
2. If the grain cart is tracked, does it have mechanical track tensioning, or does it have hydraulic track tensioning?
The Parker 1348 Grain Cart Scale System is a completely bolt on type scale installation. There is no welding required.
The Parker 1348 Cart Scale system has FOUR different variations depending on the, spindle/Undercarriage type. Attention must be considered in identifying the correct kit! Please see the information below to identify the correct scale system and pay attention to the alerts within each variation.
VARIATION (1) SPINDLE 5.5"

Identify prior to purchasing....
- Grain Cart Serial Number
- This kit provides load cell spindles of 5.5" diameter.
- Verify your hitch style looks similar to the picture below with a shaft inserted into a sleeve and bolted on the rear to swivel.
It is important to note, after installation of the scale system your hitch receiver will no longer swivel.Please see the downloadable installation manual 7900023 for installation reference of this scale system.

- Verify your hitch style looks similar to the picture below with a shaft inserted into a sleeve and bolted on the rear to swivel.
It is important to note, after installation of the scale system your hitch receiver will no longer swivel.Please see the downloadable installation manual 7600387 for installation reference of this scale system.
TRACKED (MECHANICAL TENSIONING)
Typical installation time is 6 hours or more.

Identify prior to purchasing....
- This kit provides 2 load cell CT (Compression) that suspend the hopper over the track axles, and an additional load-cell shaft for the hitch. The picture below show the placement of the CT load cell. Typically there is a small shaft about the size of a soda can installed on the grain cart in place of the load cell. This will be replaced with a load cell during installation. See picture below.

It is important that you verify your hitch looks similar to the hitch below. If you have a bolt on end cap style hitch with no sleeve, you need to contact our customer support.
