POINT is Stuck on "Zero"

POINT is Stuck on "Zero"


  1. Open the POINT app and connect to your POINT device.
  2. Tap "Device Settings".
  3. Open "Adjust Scale Weight".
  4. Tap "Set New Weight".
  5. Type the weight that is currently on the scale.
  6. The POINT should now be displaying correctly.
