It may be necessary to recover your POINT from a factory reset.  Below is an instructional video to recover your POINT back to the settings needed for your scale system.  

NOTE:  After a factory reset the "Welcome" screen will appear on the LCD of the POINT.   POINT will also default back to its factory calibration, and the weight displayed on your POINT display may be incorrect.
