It is very simple, this is how it works:

1.  Contact our team by phone at Scale-Tec 888-962-2344 and talk to a member of the sales team or product support team.
2.  Give us the details of what you have to trade.
3.  We will send you a new POINT.
4.  In the box that we send to you with the new POINT is a return label. 
5.  Place the trade in the box and send it back within two weeks.
5.  We credit you back $500 on your trade.
