Power On and Off POINT

Turning on your POINT



POINT requires 12vDC power to power on and operate.   

To Turn on POINT

1. Press the Power Button located on the left of the keypad.  This is depicted in the figure below...



2. To power off POINT, press and hold the power button for three seconds.  You will see a countdown timer to off.

NOTE:  We have enabled a countdown timer to make it a deliberate action to turn off the POINT device.  This is to prevent the device from inadvertently being bumped and turned off.


NOTE:  You cannot turn on your POINT device from the mobile app.  You will need to turn POINT on from the keypad.
