Using Harvest Tracker to Create Individual Field Reports

1.      Power on the indicator and insert USB drive into the indicator.



2.      The Data Transfer Menu should appear automatically.  Press "ENTER" to copy records to the USB. After that transfer is complete, press "1" to copy Fields and ID's to the USB.  Once the indicator returns to the Data Transfer Menu, press "ESC" to exit and remove the USB drive.


3.      Insert the USB drive into a computer and open Harvest Tracker.  If Harvest Tracker asks to Auto Find, click yes.  Verify that the selected drive is the USB drive.  The selected drive is shown at the top left of the Harvest Tracker window.



4.      Click the field button in the top left. 

 In the field window that opens click "Import from USB".

Repeat this step for both ID's and Crops.


5.      Click "Reporting" then select "Report Generator" from the drop-down menu.



6.      In the Fields tab, click the "UnCheck All" button.  Then, select an individual field you would like to export a report for.


7.      Under the Reports heading, select the format that you wish the export to be created in.
