Hold HELP then ON until the arrow disappears
Press ZERO x 2
Press HELP x 2
Press SELECT x 3
Press HELP
Press ZERO

There should now be a 15 minute timer on the screen.

Press ZERO x 5
Press HELP x 3
Press SELECT x 3

The Long Form Settings should now be displayed,  press SELECT to edit a setting and ON to advance to the next setting.
