JM 810 Grain Cart Scale Kit

Questions to be asked to identify the correct scale variation....
1. Does the grain cart have large "metric" floater tires (if it has single axles)?
2. Does the Grain Cart have four sleeves welded to the underside of the axle with inside diameter of 2.88"?
-See Variation 3 for an illustration of the sleeves.
If a 5 POINT scale system is needed, SPECIAL ATTENTION MUST BE CONSIDERED regarding the hole measurement in the sleeves on the five POINT systems. See variation 3 more detail.
Variation (1) 3.75" Single Axle

This kit is completely bolt on. Expect installation time to take 6 hours or more.

Identify prior to purchasing....
- This kit provides load cell spindles of 3.75 diameter.
This kit can only be used with carts without metric/floater tires. The spindle is reduced to 3.75 via a bushing insert in the spindle sleeve. DO NOT ORDER THIS KIT IF YOU HAVE LARGE FLOATER TIRES!
-Verify your hitch looks similar to the image below.

Variation (2) 4.5" Single Axle Spindle

This kit is completely bolt on. Expect installation time to take 6 hours or more.

This kit is required if you have large metric floater tires on the grain cart.

- This kit provides four load cells that support the hopper on top of the axels. Verify your grain cart has the mounting sleeves welded to the axels shown with the arrows in the diagram below...
A measurement of the hole spacing in the sleeve must be taken between the edge of the sleeve and center of the hole. This kit supports a 2 1/4 inch hole spacing. See figure below...
